Barrybados

Starting as a twitter account back in 2013, before Louis Ross and Rhys Howell developed Barrybados into a business a few months later and then opening a shop in 2016, Barrybados has grown substantially over the last few years!

Initially Louis was storing Barrybados’s extra stock in his spare room as well as in his brother’s spare room; however, after having a baby, he needed his spare room back as well as needed to create space within the house. It was at this point that Louis reached out to us at Masons Self Storage. Our flexible, affordable contracts along with the 24-hour access, 365 days a year and being easily accessible from where Louis lives in Barry, is what brought Louis and Barrybados to us here at Masons Self Storage.

Louis and Rhys started Barrybados because they’d lived in Barry all of their lives and doesn’t think there’s a better place to live! Which is why they wanted to start creating little products to celebrate Barry and everything it has to offer. Of all of their products, the Barrybados window stickers and mugs are the most popular. Not only is Louis and Rhys proud to live in Barry, they also aim to boost the local economy wherever possible, with over 60% of their products being made here in the Vale of Glamorgan.

With over 40 products, some that have made it across the world to as far as Australia, business at Barrybados is booming!
