SELF STORAGE IN WALES JUST GOT BETTER

Posted on: Tue Jun 14

It’s official, Masons new 24/7 state of the art Self Storage Centre is now fully open and what a celebration it was last week. Welsh National Assembly Member, Jane Hutt, cut the ribbon at Midday and the bubbles started to flow. The turn out was amazing with, amongst many others, Russell Myers from Lodige Industries who supplied the ESCORTA lift, made the special journey across the UK, Andy and Theresa from Kuboid Ltd, responsible for the fit out, were on fine form. Steve from Concept  Fire & Security with Simon from Watts Trucks kept us entertained throughout, the girls from Ty Hafan were out in force and Dave from ABC designs did us proud.

Paul and Sylvia, from Positive Interactions, were there with the Sensory Bus to show us the great work they have been doing, the bus really is a fantastic place where people with learning disabilities and their families can come and relax.

After the opening the guests were given a guided tour of the Storage facility by the Masons Self Storage team and then lunch, prepared by Welsh caterer Melissa Ringham, was served.

Jane Hutt  AM said ” It was a great honour to formally open the Masons Self Storage newly expanded 24/7 Self storage facility in the Vale of Glamorgan (a first for South Wales) and to congratulate this pioneering Family Business led by Gordon Mason which celebrates 25 years of self storage alongside their longstanding Removal business built up by his grandfather.

It was also great to visit the Sensory Bus which makes such a difference to so many peoples’ lives supported by the Mason group of businesses.”
